Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel, we require 24 hour notice so we can offer the appointment to another client. Cancelling without a 24 hour notice can result in a 50 percent service charge.
If you are late for your appointment, we will do our best to reschedule you, but we honor those who keep their commitment in arriving on time.
Children are welcome if they are customers.
